Refund Policy

This is a digital product bought at a difficult time. We would rather refund you than argue with you.

The policy

• If the files are not right, we refund. Email us within 30 days of purchase and say what went wrong. You do not have to send the files back or prove anything.
• Made a mistake in the text? You do not need a refund — reopen the editor and fix it, free, for 30 days. Most "problems" are a misspelled name and take two minutes.
• Bought the wrong thing? If you bought the program only and wanted the complete set, email us and we will sort it out.

Before you buy

You can see the finished layout with your own words and photograph before paying anything, and you can download a complete real sample PDF — not a watermarked picture — to show a print shop. We would rather you were sure.

How to ask

Email hello@funeraltemplate.com with your order number (it is on your download page and in your receipt email). Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. We can almost always fix it faster than a chargeback, and a chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund. But if you are unhappy and we have not answered, do what you need to do.
