What you are buying
A licence to use the design files we generate for you, for one memorial service and the keepsakes around it. That includes printing as many copies as you need, at home or at any print shop, and sharing the digital files with family.
What the licence does not cover
- Reselling the templates, or the files we generate, as templates.
- Making programs for other families as a commercial service — if you are a funeral home or a print shop, email us for a commercial licence, which we are glad to arrange.
- Redistributing the fonts or artwork on their own.
What you are responsible for
The content you enter, and the photograph you upload. Please only upload a photograph you have the right to use. You keep ownership of everything you provide; we make no claim on it.
Availability and files
Your files are available to download for 30 days after purchase and can be edited free for 30 days. After that the order and photograph are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered — please download and keep your own copy.
Where things go wrong
We take a lot of care that the files print correctly, but printers, papers and print shops vary. Print one test sheet before a full run. If a file is wrong we will fix it or refund you (see our refund policy); beyond that our liability is limited to what you paid.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version that applies to your order is the one published when you bought.

Your content and your warranty to us
Everything you type in and every photograph you upload is yours, and you are responsible for it. By using the editor you confirm that you have the right to use the text and the photograph, that they do not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights, and that they are not unlawful, defamatory or offensive. If a third party makes a claim against us because of something you provided, you agree to indemnify us — that is, to cover the costs and any amount we have to pay. We do not review content before it is generated and we have no way of knowing whose photograph it is; the responsibility has to sit with the person who uploaded it. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will act promptly.
Proofing is yours
The editor shows you exactly what will print, and before checkout it asks you to confirm the spelling of the name and the dates. Please check every line. We cannot see your files and we cannot know that a date is wrong or a name is misspelled. Corrections are free for 30 days; we are not liable for the cost of reprinting copies made from a file that contained an error you entered.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and the files are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including the cost of printing, a missed service date, distress, or lost time — even if we were told they were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these apply to the extent permitted.
Not professional advice
Guides and suggested wording on this site are general information to help you write a program. They are not legal, religious, medical or funeral-planning advice. Check specific requirements with your officiant, funeral director or print shop.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to upload malicious files, to probe or overload it, to harvest data, or to create material about a living person to harass or defame them. We may refuse or cancel an order and refund it where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for the transaction and handles card data, taxes and receipts. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown before you pay; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you buy is the one that applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of PLACEHOLDER JURISDICTION (e.g. the State of Florida, USA), and any dispute will be heard in the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
